About MS GROUP
CEO Greeting
MS Group history begins in 1974, with the foundation of a high pressure gas manufacturing company in Busan, Korea.
With more than 40 years of gas and gas equipment · component engineering,
MS Group has grown to become a gas complex center with nine corporate bodies spread throughout Korea.
MS Group handles diverse gas products from industrial gases to specialty gases.
To meet ever-changing market/customer needs, MS Group is committed to ongoing development
of high value-added products. MS Materials, which specializes in CMP semicoductor materials,
is developing new gas products that can be used in semiconductor industry, precision industry and medical industry.
Along with the gas business, MS Group has engineering · manufacturing capabilities in gas equipment
(from cryogenic tank to hydrogen station dispenser) catering to domestic and overseas customers.
In 2006, Bofeel has been added to diversify MS Group business portofolio.
Bofeel is to provide daily living aid products to growing senior population in Korea.
MS Group also created MS Unichem to expand the business area to cover fine chemicals.
Ms Unichem is to develop · manufacture products to be used in electronics, OLED, and cosmetics.
As part of MS Group's CSR activities, foundation Jaegi has been created to
assist failed SMEs owners trainings and supports to make combacks to society.

Foundation Jaegi
Foundation Jaegi is a nonprofit foundation established by the MS Group for the purpose of supporting failed SMEs, as approved by Minstry of SMEs & Startups (Korea). Foundation Jaegi is taking the lead in helping out failed small and medium-sized enterprises to make a comeback by providing consulting / supporting activities. Foundation Jaegi is works closely with various government agencies, local governments and assurance agencies.

Purpose Of Establishment
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for more than 90% of all businesses in Korea and contribute to economic development by generating 87% of employment. However, it is also true that many SMEs fail every year due to lack of sufficient preparation in advance. These failed entrepreneurs are desperate and frustrated, hopelessly lost, may cause family problems, and even lead to serious social problems as result of suffering from severe depression and even committing suicides. In light of providing helping hands to mitigate this problem, foundation Jaegi is created with an intention to rehabilitate, educate and to provide assistance for failed entreprenuers in Korea.
